Rowdy Rebel is currently locked up in Rikers Island, but that hasn't stopped him from giving fans a new mixtape to celebrate the New Year. The GS9 rapper and Bobby Shmurda affiliate will begin trial on January 11th, after getting arrested back in 2014.
